Among the pills the doctor may prescribe are included Triazolam, Lormetazepam, Lorazepam (better known by the brand of medicine, Orfidal), Alprazolam, Bromazepam, Clonazepam and Diazepam (better known as Valium).

Meanwhile, without a prescription can be purchased sleeping pills at the pharmacy with less side effects, of course, only in case it is a question of a punctual insomnia problem. In this case, the most common are Diphenhydramine or Doxylamine.
