In addition, if they are not natural they contain ingredients that are harmful to health, such as sulfates, paraffins and preservatives.

apple cider vinegar

1. Apple cider vinegar

The apple cider vinegar is an old remedy of beauty that balances the pH of the skin and hair. In the same way as with a conventional conditioner, but more economically and naturally, apple cider vinegar seals the hair cuticle and prevents frizz.

Apple cider vinegar is useful for all types of hair. However, it is the perfect solution for the most oily hair that want to prevent frizz without greasing the hair or removing volume with oily products.

2. Beer

Beer in the head? Although it seems crazy, beer contains many nutrients that can benefit the health of our hair, such as the B vitamins.

When applied as a conditioner after shampooing and before rinsing for a few minutes we will get a softer, brighter and more defined hair. We must emphasize that if we apply the beer and expose the hair to the sun for twenty minutes we will be able to clarify the long hair a little or give a natural light reflections.

egg yolk

3. Egg yolk

The yolk is a very nutritious food, rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins A, B, D, E, and minerals such as iron, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. It is, therefore, a very beneficial superfood for both health and skin and hair.

To avoid fluffy hair we recommend mixing the shampoo that we use regularly with an egg yolk. The hair will be clean but more nourished and without frizz. This treatment is ideal for people with normal or dry hair.

4. Honey bee

Honey bee is an excellent treatment for hair. When applied we create a non-greasy protective layer that protects the hair from frizz, moisture, sun, etc. In addition, it also has very effective properties to combat dandruff, eczema or hair loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey (50 g)
  • ½ glass of water (100 ml)

How do we do the treatment?

  • Mix the honey well with the water and introduce the liquid in a spray can.
  • Apply the mixture on the entire dry hair, half an hour before washing.
  • Massage a little the scalp so that it penetrates well.
  • Afterwards, wash the hair as usual.

hair conditioner

5. Conditioner without rinsing

A quick method to avoid frizz is to use the hair conditioner in small quantity and without rinsing the hair afterwards.

If we do this, the hair will be more nourished and the conditioner will remain as an anti-frizz product.

6. Mask before washing

Another simple way to remove fluffy hair is to apply the hair mask before shampoo. In this way, we can let it act for at least half an hour on dry hair. Afterwards, we will wash the hair with the shampoo and conditioner, so that it will be hydrated in depth but not greasy.

7. Jojoba oil

The jojoba oil is one of the most suitable to nourish frizzy hair. Its texture is the most similar to capillary sebum, since most oils greased and clump together too much hair.

However, we will always use it in very small quantities, distributing it well in both hands and massaging the entire hair.

We can apply it on wet or dry hair, before or after washing. It also helps prevent split ends.
