Food to prevent tumors: What to eat?

According to medical data, it is estimated that 35% of tumors are caused by eating poorly, i.e., to bring an unbalanced diet. For example, a diet rich in fats or sugars, not only can make us more vulnerable to cancer, but also to develop other health problems, such as overweight, diabetes or hypertension. Take care of what we eat is essential for our well-being and health.

To prevent the occurrence of tumors, the first step is to watch what you eat. Notes the list of foods we should not miss in our everyday diet. Foods that thanks to their properties are an excellent shield to protect our body from cancer cells:

Avocado: A major allies to protect us from cancer. Rich in glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that can stop the attack of free radicals. The avocado, known as the fruit of a thousand functions, is nutritious and very beneficial for health.

Figs: A recent survey, conducted in Japan, noted that the properties of fig help reduce tumor development.

Grapes: Rich in resveratrol, elixir of youth, a substance that blocks the enzymes that are involved in the stimulation of the growth of the tumor cells.

Grapefruit: Grapefruit is considered as a natural antibiotic, capable of removing carcinogens from the body.

Raspberries: Among the berries, include raspberries, rich in anthocyanins, and antioxidant plant compounds that can counteract the formation of cancer.

Broccoli: An excellent ally of diet to prevent cancer. The broccoli, as well as nutritious and low in calories, especially rich in indole-3-carbinol, a substance that plays a key role in preventing breast cancer. These vegetables also contain sulforaphane, a phytochemical that is essential to prevent colon and rectal cancer.

Mushrooms: Mushrooms, among other properties, help to strengthen the immune system. It contains lentinan, a polysaccharide particularly since it is able to prevent cancer cells from multiplying.

Rosemary: Rosemary may inhibit the development of skin and breast cancer, while increasing the activity of enzymes that help detoxify the body.

Turmeric: Turmeric, including its nutritional properties, including the exercise of an anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the production of certain enzymes involved in the onset of inflammatory diseases and tumors.

Tea: In particular green tea and black tea are two excellent allied of the health because they contain polyphenols, antioxidants more studied by researchers. They are responsible for preventing cancer cells from dividing.
